Please Note

  1. To reduce the packing size, we disassemble the push rod and machine body separately. When you receive the machine, please use a screwdriver to open the top shell, put the big spring inside the body, make the push rod go through it, and fasten it with screws and nuts.

  2. The white and black shells are optional, and the price is the same.

  3. We offer a free paper sticker. When you receive it, you can decide whether to add it to the machine body or not. The paper sticker is available in white or black TNT. Perfect for weddings and gender reveal parties. Please tell us which paper sticker you want.

  4. When you add the paper sticker to the machine body, you can add a little soapy water, put the paper sticker in the position you want, and use a scraper to smooth it out. Leave it there for at least 5 minutes, then remove the film. Please do not remove it too quickly; otherwise, the paper sticker will be hard to attach to the iron shell. Or you can apply the paper sticker directly if you have experience.

FAQs

  1. What is the casing material?
    A: Iron. It is available in either a white glossy finish or a black fine-textured matte finish; the price is the same for both.

  2. Is it shipped in a single, fully assembled package?
    A: The push-lever and the main unit are packed separately to reduce package dimensions and volumetric weight, thereby lowering export shipping costs. (The customer needs to reassemble the push-lever and spring upon receipt; clear instructions are provided in the manual.)

  3. What is the maximum power capacity (wattage) supported?
    A: It features a 25A contact switch and internal wiring with a 2 mm² cross-section. It can easily handle the series connection of over a dozen standard confetti cannons.

  4. What is the travel distance of the push-lever?
    A: The lever stands 93 cm high in its resting state and 83 cm when pressed, resulting in a travel distance of approximately 10 cm.

  5. How are the adhesive decals provided?
    A: There are four decal options available; customers can choose and apply them as desired. Please contact our sales team if additional decals are required.

  6. Does it require two presses to operate?
    A: Our contact switch features a self-resetting mechanism: pressing it engages the power, and releasing it automatically cuts the power. There is no need to press it twice (unlike products from other companies that lack a self-resetting function).
